Chief Behavioral Economist

Claire Tsai

Claire Tsai is a Professor of Marketing and a co-founder of the Behavioral Economics in Action Research Cluster at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. She has worked in financial services in New York, Taipei and Hong Kong. She adopts a behavioural economics approach and uses data analytics in studying decision making in areas of financial decisions, health, online reviews.

A pragmatic visionary, leader, and coach, Paul has influenced the operations and supply chain of many companies worldwide. His passion is simple: use insights from data to help organizations be better at what they do.
